Who Shadow Was

Shadow was our true friend to the last beat of her heart.
Shadows first year with us proved to be challenging to say the least. She grew so fast and appeared to be a full grown dog by 6 months of age, however she had a lot of puppy in her, biting, chewing and playing. We always said, if we ever survived this puppy stage she would have to grow up to the be best dog ever. We did and she did.
We bought our business May of 1998 and Shadow went to work with us from that day on. She rode with My husband in his work truck, meeting and greeting people every day was her job and she took it very seriously. Not only did she have a tail that wagged so hard it could nearly knock a person over, but she also talked. Not a bark, but a howling hello, that may have been her most endearing quality. Think I will continue this another day.
